Yesterday was a holiday so I didn’t have to work. I went to the gym instead and exercised for more than three hours, but actually one hour of that was yoga and really I don’t think that is exercise. I am a member of California Wow! Actually I am a lifetime member and as I am only 26 I think it is good value. To be a member for lifetime is 15,000 baht. That is a good deal because I might use the gym for the next fifty years. That will mean it costs me just 300 baht a year which is really cheap.
The really good thing about California Wow! is that they play music really loud and they have lots of branches. They are building one at Soi Ekkamai which I will use when it is finished but now I go to the branch in Sukhumvit Soi 23. It is right on Sukhumvit Road and you can watch people walk by as you exercise which is good fun.
They also have a branch on Sukhumvit Soi 31 but I do not think it is as good because it is for women only. Really, they do not allow men to go there. At first I thought it was a good idea to have a women-only gym but after I went there a few times I changed my mind. Most of the women who go to Soi 31 are not very pretty and they do not have good bodies. I think they go because they are shy about the way they look and so they do not want men to see them exercise. The girls who go to Soi 23 are proud of their bodies and want men to look at them. That is what I think, anyway. Also, a lot of the women who go to the women-only gym spend more time gossiping or talking on their mobile phones than they do exercising.
So now I got to Sukhumvit Soi 23 to exercise. I think I have a very good body and I quite like it when men sneak looks at me. My breasts look good in my tight tops and I know that I have good legs because they are long and very straight and I am not fat at all. Sometimes I smile at the farang men in the gym but no one has ever asked me to go with them. It is funny because in Gullivers men just come up and ask for sex but no one does that at California Wow! I go on the Nordic skiing machine because that is a good way to stay fit and I go on an exercise bike for half an hour because that makes your thighs and your bum look good and then I use the weights machine to strengthen and tone my arms and my legs. I do the yoga because it makes my body feel good. My instructor is a Thai girl who is quite pretty and I she knows lots of different positions. I keep wanting to ask her if there is a starfish position but I think she might not understand the joke.
I always feel really good after I have exercised. Really, I feel like having sex but I think I should not say that. I think that the California Wow! people know that exercising makes you feel sexy because they use very sexy models in all their advertising. That is why I went to talk to them about joining so it shows that advertising works.

Regarding Yoga, the rest position at the end of the session has the shape of a starfish (arms and legs out slightly from the body)

I think your blog is really good and your english is great, I have been reading all the comments by the posters and to be honest most of them are just sad idiots who obviously have nothing better to do than moan and criticise you for being honest, dont worry about it as these people who berate you for selling yourself are exactly the type of people who go out regularly and spend there money on low class hookers.
You have to ask yourself the question, what is worse, the guy thats pays for it or the girl who gets paid for it. Hmmmmm

Yes it was silly of me to use GULLIVERS as my password but I wanted something that was easy for me to remember and I did not think that anyone would want to be a hacker with my blog. I did not imagine that anyone would want to cause me trouble because I do not cause trouble to anyone. It's like saying bad things about somebody that you do not know. Wy would anyone want to do that? I think that if you are happy in your life you do not say bad things about other people but if you are not happy with your life then you do not want other people to be happy too. Really, I will keep writing my blog until people stop reading it. Do you know, a lot of people come to look at my blog every day and most of them are nice people. If you are not a nice person and if my blog makes you unhappy then it is better that you don't read it, don't you think? If you do things that make you unhappy then you will always be unhappy and the point about life is that you are happy and that you make other people happy. That is what my mother taught me and it is what I try to do.
